Three basic rental options are available:

1. STUDIO PENTHOUSE ELEGANCE (3^rd floor):

   Room space: 250m² divided into 6 rooms, bar, team room, 2 separate showers, 3 toilets and the huge rooftop terrace (80m²). You can use all rooms and as well our equipment, up to 6 ladies can rent a room during the same day / same period of time.

2. Apartments  ELEGANCE: Gold , Rot  (2^nd floor)

   SM Apartment Gold 55sqm and SM Apartment Red 45sqm. You will receive a permanent apartment with a separate shower, bell, closet, refrigerator, microwave, safe and your own key. A maximum of 1 person can rent per apartment on the same day

3. Suite VIP Lounge ELEGANCE (3^rd floor)

   Size 112sqm distributed over 4 study rooms, 2 toilets plus a terrace measuring 80sqm. A maximum of 2 people can rent on the same day.

The BDSM STUDIO ELEGANCE is fully equipped and very high quality.

 

BASIC SM Toys are AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE: ankle cuffs, wrist cuffs, ankle cuffs, collar with leash, eye mask, gag, stretch fabric head mask, whips, paddles, spreader bar, dildos

 

In the ELEGANCE studio you can rent exclusive equipment (latex, Venus 2000, F. Maschinen, Sybian, leather, electric toys) for a rental fee. We take care of the daily cleaning and care of the equipment. The prices are calculated very fairly and ultimately only cover costs. Of course you can also bring your own equipment.
